Last season was supposed to be a breakout season for the Rockets – one in which the trinity of Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming and Ron Artest would combine in spectacular fashion to deliver a successful season for the franchise.

Unfortunately, it didn't pan out that way. With T-Mac and Yao injured, Artest was forced to lead the team.
This season has seen further problems. At the start of the season, Yao suffered a long-term injury, McGrady likewise, and Artest was traded to the LA Lakers in exchange for Trevor Ariza.
